“I joined INTEGRIS almost a year ago and over the past 10 months, I have noticed everyone’s passion badge on their signatures and have thought a lot about it but had remained undecided until recently when a family member suffered a serious mental health emergency and for the first time we saw just how under-recognized mental health patients and needs are nationally.  My hope is that not only will my contribution help with the specific projects but that my passion badge in my email signature will inspire others to get involved and help break the silence and stigma associated with mental health issues.”
